About:

Moxie is a shy, sweet and curious gal. She tends to take a while to warm up to new people and surroundings. When nervous, she tends to hide. Once warmed up, she is a sweet girl who enjoys hanging out near her people and getting pet. She loves to spend her day perching on her cat towers, batting around toys, bird watching and playing with her kitty siblings. She is more so on the independent side and isn’t much of a lap cat. However, she does enjoy greeting her trusted people when they walk into the room and showing her affection by rubbing up on their legs. She definitely loves attention on her own terms!

Moxie’s ideal home would be a quiet one, as she is scared around rowdy dogs and children. She would love to have a kitty sibling in her home, as it makes her feel more secure. Her littermate (Pixie) is also available for adoption if you are looking for double the trouble!

Came into rescue: Moxie came into rescue when she was 3 months old, along with her mom and littermates. They were strays, found huddled together and trying to keep warm during a big winter storm. We are so lucky we were able to save them, before it was too late!
